Swim Test 101 is an information-packed 2-hour water competence clinic that offers swim skills training & aquatic fitness for able-bodied persons ages 18+ who want swim tips from a pro swim instructor and a pool to practice in before taking a swim test.
Swim Test 101 is ideal if you want to practice and strengthen specific swim skills needed to pass a basic swim test, such as tread water & swim for a certain distance.
This water competence clinic is offered upon request.
Can take place at our heated indoor pool or your pool.

This clinic is ideal if you're a public safety diver or other dive professional who is required to take an annual swim test, such as the I.A.D.R.S. or similar swim test. This clinic offers water competence training, swimming tips, and an opportunity to practice swim skills at an indoor pool for a more controlled environment. Focus is on your or your team's specific swim test needs.
